Experience fun and effective workouts that will challenge you, regardless of your fitness level! Our workouts are designed to keep women who are working professionals or stay-at-home moms in the best shape of their lives and help them achieve their fitness goals.

Inside, you'll have the ability to track your progress by adding progress photos, measurements, and tracking the weight lifted for each workout. This ensures that you're progressing week after week.

Features:

  • 3 Programs: Active subscribers receive access to three different workouts. Choose from our community favorite 'Weekly Workouts' Movement program, a brand new 6-Week 'Movement for Beginners' program, or a 4-week "Move Your Body Anywhere" program. And more programs will be added in the future at no extra cost!

Weekly Workouts:

  • New workouts are released on Saturdays at noon MST for the following week.
  • These go-at-your-own-pace workouts are challenging, effective, and time-efficient. Suitable for all fitness levels and require minimal equipment.
  • Each week offers exciting variations to keep you engaged and excited.
  • Flexible schedule with 5 days per week: Lower Body, Upper Body, Cardio/Core, Shoulders/Glutes, and Full Body Conditioning.
  • Two workout options daily: a standard 45-60 minute workout or a 30-minute version for those short on time.

Movement For Beginners (Coming Soon!):

  • A brand new 6-week progressive program to help beginners develop a solid foundation or get back into exercise after a break.
  • Flexible schedule with 5 days per week: 2x Lower Body, 1x Upper Body, 1x Push Day, 1x Pull Day.
  • Featuring simple foundational movements to build strength, coordination, and balance.
  • Alternate exercises available for scaling back or when a bench is not accessible.
  • Workouts range from 30-40 minutes to complete.

Movement For "On-The-Go":

  • A 4-week program designed for travelers or those on vacation with minimal or no equipment required.
  • Utilizes bodyweight exercises, with optional use of resistance bands and booty pump bands.
  • Flexible schedule with 4 days per week: Lower Body, Upper Body, Cardio/Core, and Full Body.
  • Workouts range from 28-32 minutes to complete.

Progress:

  • In addition to tracking progress photos and measurements, you can track the weight lifted for each workout to ensure steady progress week after week.

Community & Support:

  • As an active subscriber, you'll have access to thousands of like-minded women within our private Facebook community group. This community is here to provide support, celebrate your successes, and offer encouragement during tough times.

Subscriptions:

  • We offer two subscription options: Monthly and Annual. Both subscriptions provide full access to the app, including all programs, as well as access to the private community Facebook group.
  • You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Account Billing Settings after purchase. Refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.
